FuckUp Nights Qro
Creative Producer
FuckUp Nights is a global movement where entrepreneurs and leaders share stories of failure and what they learned from them. I brought it to Querétaro and produced quarterly events of 300+ attendees: developing the concept of each edition, securing sponsors and media coverage, setting the tone for speakers, and hosting. Companies also hired us to run private editions inside their organizations.
Rifados Podcast
Co-creator & Host
Rifados is Mexican slang for someone bold who makes things happen. The podcast is long-form interviews with artists, entrepreneurs, and creative leaders about the decisions, setbacks, and motivation behind their careers. I co-created and hosted 30+ episodes with a small production team, and a radio partnership took the show beyond streaming platforms.

Creator
Insighters began as a simple idea: connect creative people through meaningful conversation. Over about three years, conferences, meet-ups, and workshops brought together 1,200+ professionals from design, advertising, music, and media.
